NexStar 4SE with SkyAlign

The NexStar 4SE includes SkyAlign technology, which makes setting up and aiming your telescope easier than ever. Just point your telescope at any three bright objects in the sky and the telescope does all the hard work.

After alignment, you can tell the telescope to point at any of the 40,000 objects in its database and the telescpe will automaticaly slew to center the object in the eyepiece and track it while it moves across the sky. Portable Planatary Telescope

The NexStar series of telescopes disassemble into three highly-portable and lightweight pieces; the optical tube (6lbs), mount arm (7lbs), and tripod (10lbs). The scope is powered by 8 AA batteries, and enabled with WiFi connectivity for a completely wireless experience.
